Funger Hall, 2201 G Street NW, Washington DC

BUILD Metro DC’s largest-ever Business Plan Competition is the capstone event for our 9th grade students, following their year of hard work designing a business plan. The event is the second of a two-part competition series, which began in April with First Round presentations at each of our six partner schools.

Our six winning First Round business teams will present their ideas at the Business Plan Competition to a panel of Final Round judges for cash prizes of up to $1,000. Our other 30+ teams will participate in a Pitch Competition to win over Venture Capitalist Advisors and receive seed funding to launch their businesses.
