Should Schools Teach Personality?

Well – yes!  But not in isolation.

BUILD’s program teaches students six skills – Spark Skills – that, in this article, are considered personality traits.   We teach these skills in the context of the students’ education and entrepreneurial experience.  Personality traits like “grit,” when applied, are valuable skills that make students better problem solvers.
