She has a passion for improving the customer experience by leveraging data and technology to create compelling, personalized customer journeys.
Mona has been recognized for her accomplishments by numerous organizations including the American Marketing Association as one of ‘4 under 40 Emerging Leaders’ making significant contributions to the future success of the industry. She holds a B.B.A. from James Madison University and an M.B.A. from The University of Virginia.
