We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended and supported BUILDFest DC 2024! Your presence and enthusiasm made it an unforgettable experience. With 80 attendees and over 60 students participating, we saw an incredible level of engagement that truly showcased the spirit of our community.
This year’s event was particularly special as we kicked off the evening with our first-ever Student Marketplace, where ten teams showcased their products and innovative business ideas. We also unveiled a new venue, the Capital Turnaround, who’s rich history in Southeast Washington D.C. set the stage for an event that was rooted in uplifting our students and the community they represent.
