Caroline Ardery comes to BUILD with a background in product development and consumer packaged goods. Since 2018, Caroline has worked on the product innovation team at Harry’s Inc., a men’s care company that began as a direct-to-consumer razor start-up. Most recently, Caroline supported the launch of Harry’s hair portfolio, an expansion into a new category for Harry’s brand. Prior to joining Harry’s, Caroline worked in brand management within the Writing division at Newell Brands, a manufacturer of consumer and commercial products.
Caroline graduated cum laude from Duke University, where she earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Arabic.
